Associate $595 Annually

An Associate Member is any individual who is the owner of or is employed by a firm engaged in an allied trade, industry or profession related to building.

REQUIREMENTS:

Two active member sponsors or two client references

Two credit/customer references

Builder / Remodeler $595 Annually

A Builder Member is any individual who is the owner of or is employed by a firm which has been in business of: building or remodeling homes, apartments, schools, commercial, industrial or other structures.

REQUIREMENTS:

Two active member sponsors or two client references

Two credit/supplier references

Current Arkansas Contractors License (must submit copy with application)

Certificate of General Liability with minimum of $300,000 coverage

Land Developer $595 Annually

A Developer Member is any individual who is the owner of or is employed by a firm engaged solely in land development. Any firm that conducts any form of construction (residential or commercial) must apply as a Builder Member.

REQUIREMENTS:

Two credit reference

Two active member sponsors

Certificate of General Liability with minimum of $300,000 coverage

Affiliate $100 Annually

An Affiliate Member is any representative joining an existing HBA Member company. NOTE: If the Primary member of the company drops their membership, the Affiliate will take over the Primary Membership at the higher rate to remain active or drop their membership.
