About

Rockwater Village is a traditional neighborhood that takes full advantage of Central Arkansas' natural beauty. You can experience the best that North Little Rock has to offer right from your front porch. Here at Rockwater, we have created a 30A vacation lifestyle that the residents of Arkansas can experience year round!

The skyline of downtown Little Rock provides beautiful views, while the restaurants and bars of North Little Rock's historic Argenta neighborhood and downtown's Rivermarket are within walking distance, as is Verizon Arena and Dickey Stephens baseball park. The commute from downtown Little Rock is just over a mile. You can leave work and be home in time to enjoy a beautiful sunset from your front porch, be on the trail or out on the water - all in moments.

Rockwater Village is a unique, modern take on the traditional, front-porch focused neighborhoods of the past. To ensure our architectural quality, Rockwater has a Builders' Guild of quality craftsmen. They'll work with you to create a house that fits in, while also standing out. Quality materials and the latest features come standard, but of all the amenities we offer, getting to know your neighbors may be the best one.

Just outside your front door is Rockwater Marina, a 64-slip marina that gives you convenient access to life on the river. Prefer to travel by land? The Arkansas River Trail runs through the neighborhood, connecting you to the area's 88-mile biking system, including a 15-mile loop that covers both sides of the river and the city's famous Big Dam Bridge.

Of course, one of the most important aspects of Rockwater Village is its commitment to environmentally sustainable development. We designed the neighborhood in accordance with the U.S. Green Building Council's pilot LEED guidelines for neighborhood development. Houses are designed in accordance with Energy Start guidelines, and the use of LEED guidelines will be encouraged. Subsequently, residents will have much lower energy costs. And with work, entertainment, shopping and public transportation nearby, long car trips will be avoided.
